This is what my xbox webcam looks like nowadays. It’s not yet finished, I still got to solder some wires to make the fan work. Eventually, this plastic box of obviously very very nifty craftsmanship will serve as my guiding camera. But that’s something for later as I first need a motorized mount. Which is expensive. So…. getting one may take a while 😛

Oh, what the fan on the back is for? It’s for cooling the ccd chip to prevent electrons from accidently giving me a signal (random green, blue and red pixels) just because they became hot. I could have just said that it’s for noise reduction, but that would sound to easy.
